We hold a large stock of lighting, trussing and PA sound system equipment that can be hired individually or as part of a package for your event. During 2010 we provided equipment to various sized events and audiences all over the UK from 20 people right through to 15,000 people – so no event is too big or small.

Indoor and Outdoor Stage Hire

Our staging stock can be used both indoors and outside and consists of industry standard makes such as Steel Deck. It is available in 2m x 1m blocks at heights of 300mm, 600mm and 900mm as standard and even up to 1500mm for some of our outdoor covered stages.

Complete packages are also available for your event which include the stage, lighting and PA (and a covered roof for outside events). But If one of our complete packages don’t meet your needs please contact us and we can create a bespoke package for your event.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking to hire one of our covered stage packages during the peak summer season we advise you to book early as we have  already had a number of repeat bookings and enquiries!

LED Starcloth Hire

Our LED starcloths are a perfect backdrop for stages, behind bands, DJs, Comedians, fashion shows, for blocking off unsightly walls in buildings, dividing rooms into 2 and as a starlight roof in venues and marquees. They are ideal for wedding receptions, private parties and corporate events.
We can supply both the traditional black wool serge star cloth as well as an ivory coloured or white LED star cloth which is very popular with wedding receptions.
Every hire comes complete with stands and with-in our hire stock we have a variety of different sized cloths to suit almost any venue and any size.

Dance Floors

UK Event & Entertainment Services are able to offer a variety of dance floor styles for your event including:

Each dance floor is kept in a clean and immaculate condition and inspected to ensure it's in perfect condition before leaving for any hire.
Our dance floors are all able to withstand being jumped up and down on by even the largest of guests and bottles / glasses being dropped on them and we will work around your plans for  setting up and collection.

Mobile Discos, Video Discos & Karaoke

Whether your function is a once in a life time special event, such as a wedding, getting engaged, passing a special exam, or a yearly event such as birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions or charity event, you want to make sure it’s stress free and without the worry that it could be ruined by an inexperienced DJ or even worse the DJ not turning up at all.

All of our bookings are contracted in writing to confirm we will turn up and all of our DJ’s have PLI Insurance, the equipment is PAT tested and we always carry enough back up equipment to ensure your event goes without an issue.

We have also expanded our video disco equipment after an increase of bookings during 2010 with clients looking to show slideshow pictures and music videos as well as the standard audio that is played during a normal disco.

And of course big and small screen karaoke is always available for any budding performers
