With over 20 years experience in the event industry we understand that all events are different and using our experience we are able to guide and advise on the right equipment and services to suit your requirements. With both off the shelf and bespoke package available for most types of events we are usually able to work to most budget guidelines too. We can be as involved in the project planning process as you want from assigning your very own event planner to help co-ordinate everything before and during the event to just providing the equipment and crew for the event itself. From our ever increasing in house hire stock we are able to provide anything from individual items such as a projector and screen, PA system or venue lighting through to delivering a full hybrid production.
We also provide Venue Support services to a number of venues working as their official AV Supplier. Our Venue Support services can be branded as your own in house AV service where you are able to make a mark up on any products or services supplied or it can be dealt with via a referral direct to us with commission payments being made for each booking confirmed.

Our off the shelf conference sets listed not only include all the important items you are likely to need for your conference or event but it is possible for further customisation such as projecting or printing logos or slogans onto the set panels, changing the shape of the set, colours, carpet finish and more.

The screen makes an amazing live backdrop for your presenters which could include animated backgrounds or corporate branding and using our graphics production software we are able to display content full screen, part screen (picture in picture) or any combinations you can imagine.
